EMPA Middle East, one of the principal IT distributors in the MENA region, signed another major vendor into its portfolio by acquiring the distribution rights for the full Enterprise range of HUAWEI’s Networking, Unified Communications, IT Infrastructure, and Security solutions across the entire GCC region including Bahrain, Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, UAE, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Nicholas Argyrides, Managing Director at EMPA Middle East commented: “I can comfortably say that this agreement epitomizes our efforts for expanding EMPA’s operations into the enterprise sector – a vision we have been intensely working towards since early 2012. The HUAWEI name requires no introduction and we are nothing less than proud of being associated with a manufacturer of such magnitude and industry influence. We are confident that the collective investment with our new business-partner will bring fruits to everyone across the regional channel - sooner rather than later. Truly exciting times indeed.”
Dong Wu, Vice President at HUAWEI Enterprise Middle East said: “The partnership with EMPA represents our commitment in providing leading ICT solutions to our valued customers in the GCC channel. It is our belief that HUAWEI’s enterprise solutions together with EMPA’s customer-centric approach will be the driving force behind technical innovations, global competitiveness and business mobility in the region. The Huawei Channel Program has been growing at a rapid pace since its inception in 2012 and we are positive that our cooperation with EMPA will help take it to the next level.”
